No Lock-in: QuickShop is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time and your store will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
1. CANCELLATION BY YOU
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your QuickShop subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately in the system but your access continues until the period-end date.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@quickshop.solutions from your registered email address with the subject line "Cancel Subscription – [Store Name]".
- Support Chat: Initiate a cancellation through our in-app support chat.
1.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your store and all features remain fully active until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current period.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Your store data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export or reconsider.
1.3 Downgrading Plans
You may also choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan instead of cancelling. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not receive a partial refund for the difference in the current period.
2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION
After your subscription ends:
- Your storefront will be taken offline and display a "Store Temporarily Unavailable" page.
- You will not be able to accept new orders.
- Your dashboard will be accessible in a read-only mode for 30 days, allowing you to export order history, customer data, and reports.
- After 90 days, your store data will be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before this deadline.
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your store at any time within 90 days of cancellation by subscribing to any plan. Your store data, products, and settings will be fully restored.
3. DATA EXPORT
Before cancellation, we recommend exporting your data from the dashboard. You can export:
- Product catalogue (CSV/Excel)
- Customer list with contact details
- Full order history
- Financial reports and GST summaries
Data export is available under Dashboard → Settings → Export Data. If you need assistance with data export, contact our support team.
4. CANCELLATION BY QUICKSHOP
QuickShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Non-payment of subscription fees after a grace period of 7 days.
- Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse.
- Use of the platform for illegal activities.
In cases of non-payment, we will notify you via email and provide a 7-day grace period to clear the outstanding balance before taking any action. In cases of Terms violations, we may suspend your account immediately and investigate before making a final determination.
If QuickShop terminates your account without cause (e.g., service discontinuation), you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period and at least 30 days notice to export your data.
5. REFUNDS UPON CANCELLATION
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's subscription fee. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases.
