How quickly can I get my store live? +
Most merchants launch their first store in under 10 minutes. Once you've chosen a plan and completed payment, your store URL is active immediately. Adding products, setting up a domain, and configuring payment takes another 15–30 minutes.
What payment methods can my customers use? +
All major Indian payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, EMI, and popular wallets. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on Growth and Pro plans.
Do you take a percentage of my sales? +
Never. QuickShop charges a flat monthly fee only. We take 0% of your revenue. Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2% charged by Razorpay) apply separately and go directly to the payment processor — not to us.
Can I migrate my existing store to QuickShop? +
Yes! We offer free migration assistance for stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, and other major platforms. Our team will help you move products, customer data, and order history. Contact us for a migration consultation.
Is there a free trial? +
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan with no credit card required. After the trial, choose the plan that fits your business. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
