Important Note: QuickShop delivers digital services (platform access, features, tools) — not physical goods. There is no physical delivery involved in your QuickShop subscription. This page also contains recommended guidelines for merchants delivering physical products through their QuickShop-powered stores.
1. DELIVERY OF QUICKSHOP SERVICES
1.1 Instant Activation
QuickShop is a digital SaaS platform. Upon successful payment of your subscription:
- Your QuickShop account is activated immediately (within seconds of payment confirmation).
- You will receive a welcome email with login credentials and onboarding instructions within 5 minutes.
- Your store URL is live and accessible to the public right away.
- All features included in your chosen plan are available from the moment of activation.
1.2 Access & Availability
QuickShop aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Our service is accessible via any modern web browser on desktop and mobile devices. The platform is hosted on AWS infrastructure with automatic failover across multiple availability zones.
Planned maintenance windows, if required, will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and in-dashboard notification. Maintenance is typically scheduled during low-traffic hours (2 AM – 5 AM IST on weekdays).
1.3 Digital Assets & Updates
Feature updates, bug fixes, and improvements to the QuickShop platform are delivered automatically and do not require any action from merchants. New features are rolled out incrementally and announced via in-dashboard notifications and our newsletter.
2. MERCHANT DELIVERY GUIDELINES
If you are a merchant selling physical products through your QuickShop store, the following guidelines are recommended. These are best practices — QuickShop does not directly manage delivery of products between merchants and their customers.
2.1 Order Processing Time
We recommend communicating your order processing time clearly on your storefront. Typical processing windows used by QuickShop merchants:
- Same-day dispatch: For orders placed before 12 PM on business days.
- Next-day dispatch: For orders placed after 12 PM.
- Custom processing time: Set this in your store settings under Products → Shipping.
2.2 Shipping Partners
QuickShop integrates with leading Indian courier and logistics partners including:
- Shiprocket (multi-courier aggregator)
- Delhivery
- BlueDart / FedEx
- Ecom Express
- India Post (for remote pin codes)
Merchants are responsible for setting up their preferred shipping partner via the Integrations section of the dashboard.
2.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery timelines across India (after dispatch):
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 1–3 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier-3 cities & rural areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote / Northeast / Island territories: 7–14 business days
These are indicative timelines. Actual delivery depends on the courier partner and destination.
2.4 Tracking
QuickShop's platform supports automatic tracking updates. When you mark an order as shipped and enter the AWB (tracking) number, your customer automatically receives:
- An SMS with the tracking link.
- A WhatsApp message (on Growth and Pro plans).
- An email with courier details.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
For merchants selling digital products (e-books, courses, software, templates):
- QuickShop supports automatic digital delivery via secure download links.
- Download links are sent to customers immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Links expire after 5 downloads or 30 days, whichever comes first (configurable).
- Configure digital product delivery under Products → Add Product → Digital Product.
4. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
If a customer's order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:
- Merchants should initiate a trace request with the courier partner.
- QuickShop's Order Management dashboard provides real-time status of all shipments.
- In case of confirmed loss, merchants should offer a replacement or refund to their customer as per their store's return policy.
QuickShop is not liable for delays or losses caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
